As a Grief and Pleasure coach and Spiritual Guide, I deal with all faces of grief. From grieving old versions of yourself, to grieving past relationships and friendships. Grief is not bound by death. Grief shows up as we process inner child hurt, womb traumas, illnesses (like fibroids, breast cancer etc.) and more. Grief can also be ancestral.
